Booking Policies
At Lou Pearl Esthetics, we believe in honoring your time and your skin. Our booking policies are designed to ensure a seamless, luxurious experience for every client.
Deposit Policy
A deposit is required for services over $50 at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This ensures we can prepare your treatment room and skincare products for your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit be will be required to make another appointment. No-shows forfeit their deposit. Deposits are non refundable and go to the remaining balance of your service.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation of the appointment to avoid impacting the next client. If the appointment must be cancelled due to late arrival, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Payment & Card-On-File
Payment is due at the time of service. To ensure a smooth experience, we require a card-on-file for deposits and final payments. We accept all major credit cards and cash.
Guest Attendance
No guest or plus ones allowed on premises under any circumstance.
